chibi umbreon

yay I drew something with a transparent background again this time it was drawn on gimp o3o not sai I made him a lil shiny 2 :3 (not shiny as in the shiny umbreon with blue rings instead of yellow) but not as shiny as I used 2 make things o3o I just remembered how I missed using gimp so much o3o.... AND I 4GOT 2 MAKE A WISH AT 11:11 AGAIN D:< *goes 2 emo corner and cuts* :'<
edit: o-o omg the image is so small *goes 2 make bigger*
